Citizens-Union Savings Bank and The Bank of Fall River merged. They needed a new name and a way to build awareness around an entirely new brand. They wanted buy-in and interaction with their community.
Sean Tracey Associates created the “Guess Our New Name” campaign. We used television and radio spots, social media engagement, outdoor, and guerilla marketing tactics, all geared to allow the community to take part in the new brand reveal. Our eight-week contest resulted in 12,000 participant guesses and a Facebook Like an increase of 40%.
